Our Mission

Defend and protect the honor, territory and Conch-stituents, of the Conch Republic against all enemies, animate or inanimate.

Promote the Core Values of the Conch Republic, which include (but not limited to) Warmth, Humor, Respect and Peace; and to embody and advance our motto, “We are all ONE HUMAN FAMILY,” to all we meet.

Support CRMF Preferred Non-For-Profit Partner missions and programs, including the CRMA Clean Up Program, Flagship WOLF Preservation Society, and Wesley House CR Foster Children’s Fund, by participating in, and/or hosting fundraising events to support their efforts.

Grow CRMF Branch Memberships through Pro-Active Recruitment & Retention Efforts

  • Host CRMF Monthly Socials & Recruitment Gatherings (dates and locations TBA)
  • Schedule weekly ‘Call Ins’ and/or ‘In Studio interviews’ with Pirate Radio and The X (JAN 1-APR 23)
  • Appoint CRMF member to serve as liaison to new recruits

Promote and Support Individual Branch Efforts through Pro-Active Communication with News & Social Media Outlets

  • CR Marine Army Clean Up Program
  • CR Navy and Flagship WOLF Disaster Relief Mission of Mercy Sails
  • Change of Command Ceremonies

Promote and Support CRMF Partner Not-For-Profits

  • CRMA Clean Up Program
  • Conch Republic Missions of Mercy Sails
  • Conch Republic Goodwill Ambassador Voyages
  • Flagship WOLF Preservation Society
  • Wesley House Services CR Foster Care Children’s Fund
  • CR Sister Season Fund (need to confirm it’s for boat crews too)
  • CRK-9 SPCA of the Florida Keys

Establish CRMF as a Non-Profit corporation, registered in the State of Florida

  • Draft and approve CRMF Mission & Goals
  • Draft and approve CRMF By-Laws
  • Begin filing process, seek pro-bono legal counsel to oversee & complete incorporation filing
  • Raise $2,500+ for incorporation filing fee

Develop and Build-Out NEW ConchRepublicMilitaryForces.org website

  • Redirect existing ConchRepublicMilitaryForces.com site to NEW site once ready to launch
  • Design ‘Stand-Alone pages for each CRMF branch

Host and Execute annual Conch Republic ‘Signature Events,’ including:

  • Conch Republic Independence Celebration (CRIC – last 2 weeks of April)
  • Schedule weekly ‘Call Ins’ and/or ‘In Studio interviews’ with Pirate Radio & The X (JAN 1-APR 23)
  • Official End of America’s Hurricane Season Ceremonial Burning of the Hurricane Flags* (Nov 30) *Known as our Conch Thanksgiving, a National Holiday in the Conch Republic
